Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Bungalow verbracht. Das Meer ist nur ca 20 m entfernt und im Ort gibt es Naturschwimmbecken oder Leitern, um ins Wasser zu steigen. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und es fehlt dort an NICHTS!!! Es gibt sogar Fliegenschutznetze. Ein kleiner Defekt an der Dusche wurde sofort behoben und Amanda hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Auch der Mail-Kontakt war sehr nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Martina und Thomas.

Punta Mujeres è un posto veramente bello per chi ama la tranquillità e Tres Palmeras è molto confortevole. Dalla terrazza si sente solo il "rumore" del mare! Noi e la nostra bimba di 9 anni ci siamo stati benissimo. A due passi dalla villa ci sono delle piscine naturali, oppure a 15/20 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la spiaggia della Garita. Sempre a due passi ci sono i due piccoli supermercati del villaggio (uno con i prodotti locali). Noi eravamo senza auto e abbiamo raggiunto Punta Mujeres con l'autobus senza trovare alcuna difficoltà. Jan è sempre stata molto gentile e ha risposto con mail molto precise prima della partenza. paola.

I spent a wonderful week in this lovely beach bungalow, it has everything one could possibly ask for and is extremely comfortable and pretty. The location is just perfect, with the sea only a few metres away and the continuous sound of waves lapping the shoreline. I can't imagine a more relaxing and charming place for a holiday. There are superb, authentic restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance, little village shops for the basics and a supermarket nearby. Many of the islands nicest beaches are in this area and it is as unspoilt from tourism as one could wish for. Thank you Jan for making this week perfect, I will be back.

Having just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in an idyllic location by the sea I can honestly recommend this property for a peaceful holiday. Everything was to a high level of comfort, with all facilities you need as described in the advertisement. The owner was very welcoming and gave all the information we needed. The nearby restaurants were very good and very friendly. The property is ideally located for visiting all the beautiful attractions in the north of Lanzarote. We have just return from our second holiday at Tres Palmeras and once again enjoyed it enormously. The location is idyllic- practically on the sea shore. There is just a walkway between the front and the sea wall. It’s very quiet – just the sound of the sea! The bungalow itself is lovely; the interior décor so suits the location – crisp, fresh and clean. The local restaurants that we tried were all very good. The booking process was totally painless, Jan is so pleasant and helpful. Definitely 5 + stars for the villa and Jan Just one word of warning we booked a car from Goldcar and the same most certainly does NOT apply to them. We found their deck operators rude and offhand. We were charged 40 Euro – administration fee? – for taking out and returning the car full of petrol! Never again! So for Goldcar no stars and a big thumbs down!

Pienamente soddisfatto della vacanza a Lanzarote in questa splendida casa a bordo dell' oceano, casa tranquilla e pulita dotata di tutti i comfort, Punta Mujeres è un tipico paese canaro tranquillo fuori dai classici circuiti turistici, ma vicino alle attrazioni dell' isola, ristoranti e supermercati a portata di mano, da non perdere il mercatino dell' artigianato di Haria del sabato mattina e Teguise la domenica mattina, sono tornato da 2 gioni ma ne sento già la nostalgia.

From the moment you walk up to the lovely property you just know it's where you want to be, The first thing that hits your senses is the sound of the ocean and the fantastic landscape and if that wasn't enough then you step into the beautiful apartment, Open plan, spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need for your holiday, For me personally to sit of a morning and see the sunrise and watch the waves while eating your breakfast, or to lie down in the private back garden of an evening to catch some warm sunshine, I just remember thinking : It Just Doesn't Get Any Better Than This !!! I'm already planning my next holiday to Lanzarote and this is where I'll be staying, Thanks again to Jan and Amanda.

This was my second visit to Tres Palmeras and I was not disappointed. It is in such a lovely location for watching the world go by, relaxing and also for accessing many interesting locations on the island. The bungalow itself is very homely and comfortable with plenty of facilities (sea swimming pools, small shops, restaurants) an easy walk away. I am sure this second visit won't be my last.

This bungalow is ideally situated on the edge of the quiet village of Punta Mujeres and well away from the resort areas of Lanzarote. It's next to the ocean so the views are fantastic and within 10 minutes walking distance to several restaurants serving fresh fish, seafood and meat dishes. We stayed between Christmas and New Years Day and had exactly what we wanted - peace and quiet! The property is well equipped with everything needed for self catering. It was clean and everything worked! The owner popped round the morning after we arrived just to check all was well but left us alone after that although we had contact information if needed (we didn't!). Lanzarote is not a big island and the village of Punta Mujeres is in a great location for all the attractions at the 'top' of the island including Haria and Cesar Manriques house, the Mirador and Jameos del Aguas. Orzola is a short drive away and where we took the ferry to La Graciosa for a great days hiking! I thoroughly recommend this property if you want comfort, accessibility, proximity to the sea, great views and good food.

Hi Jan Just wanted to email to say a great big thank you for our 4 night stay at Tres Palmeras in Punta Mujeres. We absolutely loved it. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location, perfect. We adored sitting on the terrace and simply looking straight out to sea. We spent our days, walking to one of the very close natural sea water pools in the village (there are many) or to Playa La Garita at Arrieta, which has a Canarian feel rather than typically touristy, good sand, and decent swimming. There is a restaurant right on the beach, and more in the village. We had everything we needed within a very short stroll, including small supermarkets, bars, restaurants and stunning scenery. Très bon séjour. Nous avons été accueillis après un contact en urgence suite à une location décevante ailleurs. Dans les 10 minutes, nous avions rendez-vous avec Jan. Elle a été adorable. Ce fut un coup de cœur au premier coup d'œil à la maison. Un emplacement de rêve, face à la mer. Une maison très bien entretenue, joliment décorée, fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il fallait dans la cuisine, du linge de maison en nombre suffisant, 2 très belles chambres. La terrasse avant est un pur bonheur. L'endroit est très calme, vous n'entendez que le bruit des vagues même en plein mois de juillet. Vous n'êtes pas dans une zone touristique très animée, les bars et restaurants sont limités mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Je recommande pour un séjour au calme. Merci encore à Jan!

This was the perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday. Lovely to have both a sea view and a secluded back garden. Easy walk of Arrieta for restaurants and the nearby swimming pools in Punta Mujeres are worth a go (when tide is in). Easy access around the island which is very accessible and relatively short distances. I did a lot of walking so it was a good base for this too. The welcome package and the initial visit to help with any questions were very much appreciated. Thank you for a lovely stay. This was my first encounter with both Lanzarote and the Canary Islands and it was a great introduction. I'd love to come back and this is where I will stay. Thank you!

What can we say except that it is a superb holiday home, everything you need is there. We had a wonderful holiday here even though the weather could have been better the first week, it certainly made up for it the rest of the holiday. The area is really great, the description of the property was understated in our opinion. We had the linen changed each week by the loveliest of cleaners. We mentioned to Jan of one thing only which we thought was missing in the kitchen and within minutes it was given to us. We really liked the El Lago and Amanaceer restaurants, the fish was superb. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside our home (as we liked to call it) and watch the very fit guys surfing and also to be entertained by two absolutely charming little German girls for a few days who were staying close by. Hopefully we will return to Lanzarote and we know exactly where we'll be staying. Once you've stayed there you can't say anything other than you would recommend it.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Tres Palmeras, our only regret being that we didn't book two weeks instead of one! It was a wonderful holiday, probably our best yet and would like to thank Jan for her great directions, advice and warm welcome. We hired a car at the airport and visited some beautiful places around the island but couldn't wait to get back to the bungalow most days. We could quite happily have spent a full week sitting on the terrace, relaxing with that wonderful ocean view, the sound of the waves and the amazing surfing. The bungalow is very well equipped, spacious and beautifully furnished. A lovely stroll along the waterfront into Arrieta most evenings for dinner was great as you are spoiled for choice for good places to eat and drink. The service and food were particularly good at El Amanecer, Restaurante el Charcon and El Lago which is the nearest to the bungalow. We also enjoyed great tapas at the Beach Bar in Arrieta. It really is an idyllic place to stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. We want to go back again! Thanks again Jan for a lovely holiday.

We spent a lovely post Christmas week at Tres Palmeras and it was perfect for our winter break. It is comfortable and clean with everything you need. The terrace is the perfect sun trap to sit and watch the waves and the surfers and the bungalow is in a great location for exploring the north of the island. There are numerous restaurants in nearby Arrieta for lunch or an evening meal. We have stayed in many places in Lanzarote over the years and this is one of the best. Thank you Jan.

We searched extensively for some great seafront accommodation in a peaceful and uncommercialised corner of Lanzorate and - having just returned from our 2 weeks stay in the property that we chose - we are pleased to confirm that we managed to find just that ! Tres Palmeras is one of a row of some 18 bungalows (collectively named Casitas Del Mar) situated on the outskirts of the little village of Punta Mujeres, close to the small town of Arrieta, on the north-east coast of Lanzarote. Tres Palmeras is semi-detached with a private walkway between it and the next bungalow. The walkway leads to the secure car park that is provided for people staying at Casitas Del Mar. (The bungalow next to Tres Palmeras was not occupied during our stay so we were effectively 'detached'). Inside, the bungalow is clean, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. Outside, there is a lovely secluded walled garden at the rear and a shaded veranda at the front with stunning views out across the ocean. A great place to relax and unwind and, when the tide is right, watch the numerous surfers that show off their skills just off of the rocky beach. We used the back bedroom, which was remarkable quiet - as we had hoped - so we slept very well. We had constant hot water. The shower is spacious with an overhead shower and a hand held attachment. Hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, bath mats and tea towels were all provided and the housekeeper called half way through our holiday to change these and our bed linen. Meanwhile, we found that the washing machine at the bungalow was very handy during our stay. It was always fairly cool inside Tres Palmeras therefore we did not feel the need to use the portable air-con/fan unit provided. We used our plug-in repellents in the bungalow and, although we did see a few mosquitoes around in the evenings, we never did get bitten. Last but not least a big 'thank you' to Alfonso for letting us rent his lovely property and to Jan for all of her help with our booking and during our stay. So, having read this far, you will not be too surprised to learn that we plan to return to Tres Palmeras at the earliest possible opportunity!

We've had 2 lovely weeks at 'Tres Palmeras' bungalow ! It has everything you need for 4 people, even a wifi connection if you need to ! Bungalow itself is cosy and well equiped. We appreciated the quite area, and the ocean proximity. You can join a little beach with sand at 50 meters where it's safe to swim. A much bigger one with nice waves is at the entry of Arrieta. Amazed by the very clean ocean there : you see marvelous underwater life as soon as you watch with mask and tuba. Needles to dive at 10 meters ... Jan and her team will make everything she can to make yous stay very comfortable ! Appreciated very much ! Cheers !

Have just spent a wonderful two weeks at Tres Palmeras. It was exactly as advertised! Stunning location,spotless accommodation and everything you could need or want for a fabulous holiday with the sea at your front door! Can't wait to go back.
