Who are we?

Welcome to Lanzarote Villas Direct – a family business offering a range of luxurious yet affordable holiday accommodations here in Lanzarote. We only advertise properties owned by ourselves or close friends, so you are dealing directly with the people who care the most about making your holiday unforgettable. No booking fees or third party interference means you are paying the lowest price possible for the holiday you deserve.

We love Lanzarote so much that we chose to make it our home over 20 years ago. For that reason we can offer advice on how to make the most of your stay, and an insight into parts of the island that are not commonly known.

More importantly we understand the need for family time away – that is why we don’t increase our prices during holiday or high season weeks when we know you will be paying more for your flights.

We focus on offering properties that are far enough away from the tourist areas to ensure tranquillity, yet the resorts are easily reached within a few minutes´ drive. In fact the ideal positioning of each residence means you are close enough to experience all that the Island has to offer in a very short time.

If you would like more information on any of the properties we advertise, or advice on how to make the most of your time here in Lanzarote we would love to hear from you. We want you love Lanzarote as much as we do.

Back to Haria for the morning………

Every so often you just have to 'do' Haria again, that quaint little village nestled in the hillside 'land of a thousand palms.' We so remember when donkies welcomed the tourists in the square and took them ambling round the village and we spent happy times in the 'museum of the minature' Todays visit was to the artisan market where locals have their hand made goods on display and local fresh produce is beautifully displayed. We were cheerfully greeted by the local Guardia who took our names...

FINGERS CROSSED THIS AFTERNOON when we hear if the Canaries are on the green list We have availability this year still, so get in quick if you are desperate to get back to the island. We've missed you (photo taken in Punta Mujeres, a 2 minute walk from Tres Palmeras and just down the road from Casita Amanecer)

Missing Lanzarote?

The days are longer, the temperature is rising.... here´s hoping for good news on 17th May re international travel Please check the availability calendars on the website and message me if you cant see what youre looking for- I may still be able to help!

Lanzarote… just dull volcanic lanscape??

An aerial view in the North, between Maguez and Guinate is proof of just how wrong this opinion is!! The landscape after heavy rainfall really is stunning.

We have had some horrific rainfall but the island always thrives on it and looks so beautiful afterwards. These photos we taken during a masked up, socially distanced walk in the north of the island. Sending all the best to our friends and guests who are unable to visit us at the moment, and here´s hoping the latter part of the year brings us more freedom

BRING ON 2021…………….

Well we have almost arrived at the end of 2020 – a year none of us saw coming, and one we will never forget. It has been so sad helping people who have had to cancel their much needed holidays this year, and we have missed seeing the familiar faces of returning guests, as well as not being able to welcome new ones to the rock. As we welcome 2021 I hope that it brings us all some much needed hope and positivity, and maybe it will take us a step closer to restoring the normality that we all miss...
