Case Rosa is a superb 3 bedroom villa with heated pool and beautiful views, located in the north of the island in the tranquil village of Tabayesco. It boasts beautiful panoramic views of the sea and mountains and is just 1km from the beach, restaurants and shops of Arrieta. Ideal for a quiet getaway or family holiday but close to local amenities.

Casa Rosa offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (master bedroom including en -suite on the first floor) and a further 2 bedrooms on the ground floor plus an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.
The villa has a vast private terrace which offers access to the all year round heated 11 x 4 metre swimming pool.

There is also a luxurious 4 seater jacuzzi, an outdoor shower, comfortable sun lounges and a daybed to enjoy the sunshine. The property is approached by a private driveway with parking bay and is surrounded by mature gardens with palm trees offering complete privacy.
The large master bedroom on the first floor has a super king size bed, built in wardrobes as well as chests of drawers and bedside tables. It has access to the upper terrace which overlooks the pool and has stunning sea views. The bedroom connects to a large en-suite bathroom featuring a corner bath with hand held shower head, sink with vanity unit and w.c.

On the ground floor a second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third has twin beds that can be easily converted to a double bed. A cot and high chair are available if required. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, separate chest of drawers and bedside drawers, providing ample storage space. The fully tiled bathroom has twin wash basins, a shower and wc. There is also a separate wc.

The entrance hallway opens through to a newly installed contemporary kitchen with a large island, built in induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an American style fridge freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. There is also a utility room with washing machine. Double doors from the kitchen open onto a shaded area perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The kitchen is open plan to a large bright dining and lounge area with large dining table and comfy L shaped sofa. The wall mounted TV has a package which includes all UK channels, all sports channels, Sky movies and Netflix. There is also a CD player with a selection of CD’s. The lounge has double doors which open onto the large terrace where there is a dining table and gas barbecue for al fresco dining. There are also dining and seating areas at the front of the house so there is always somewhere to enjoy the views and the spectacular starlit sky at night.

Case Rosa has everything you need for a luxurious holiday in Lanzarote and you may not want to venture out. If you do, however, there are pleasant walks from your doorstep up the valley of Tabayesco or down to the beach at Arrieta which is only 1km away… where you can enjoy tapas at the beach restaurant and sample a few cocktails at the Mojito bar! If you want to fully explore the island, car hire is recommended. Guests will have access to the private pool deck, open plan kitchen/Lounge/dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
