Villa San Juda is a magnificent, spacious property that offers everything you could possibly wish for as a base for your Lanzarote holiday.  It has 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large lounge and kitchen as well as an electrically heated salt water pool (8m x 4m) for all year round warm swimming! The Villa has stunning mountain, castle and ocean views and is centrally located in the historical town of Teguise and can comfortably sleep 6 people. The villa is only a 2 minute walk to the Teguise town centre. Teguise is the old capital of Lanzarote. This quaint and typically Canarian town is home to a wonderful selection of restaurants, gift shops and art galleries; not forgetting the weekly lively Sunday Market.

San Juda comprises a beautiful airy lounge, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area overlooking the large salt water heated pool. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m, it is solar and electrically heated to guarantee year-round swimming temperatures, and sun loungers are provided for your use in the large pool patio area.

On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms and one bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and the other has a bunk bed. In addition on this level is a large sitting room and a fully fitted kitchen that opens out to the pool area. A charcoal barbecue is situated by the pool deck for your use.

The well equipped fully fitted kitchen including microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and a washing machine which is situated in the separate utility room. The lounge features a large comfortable couch where one can sit back and relax, and a Chromecast flatscreen TV for you to use your own streaming devices or subscriptions, e.g. Netflix or firestick.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and large en-suite with tub and overhead shower. This area also offers access to a huge deck overlooking the pool below and an amazing panoramic view of the island.

The villa has an ultra-reliable fibre internet connection and a office desk/workspace for remote working. There is also ample free parking, on and off street.
