Well you know how Aly and myself like to pass on all the good eateries to you and yesterday we found a cracker. Not posh but very reasonable and very good. Often we are asked where to eat in Puerto Callero as there are so many to choose from. Puro Gusto is Italian with a twist; the service was bright and cheerful its great for children. Its on the second level as you face Callero back to the sea its on the right hand side. The dish below is a goat cheese salad it was lovely. We had a pizza to go with it thin crispy base and loads of topping of course we treated ourselves to a half bottle of Stratus wine..well you just have to don’t you? They do take away; truly the place was buzzing.
Don’t forget the boat trip to the old town to Callero is a great way to spend a day and the market at Callero goes from strength to strength. If you like you can walk back its a lovely.
