Owner & Chef, Paul Campbell has moved Barstro to a new premises in Tías, where the concept has changed from a bistro with a twist, to tapas with a twist.

. Therefore as of today, Barstro’s Tapas With A Twist has opened for business in the heart of Tías, close to the holiday resort of Puerto del Carmen.

The menu will be varied, still using the freshest local ingredients and combining traditional tapas dishes with a modern twist. The new motto “Food is for sharing, food is fun”.

Barstro will be open everyday from 11:00 to 23:00, the tapas restaurant is situated on Calle Islote de Hilario, this is the road between Avenida Central and Calle Libertad.
